Fruit smoothie recipe
- 200ml natural fruit juice
- 1 handful berries
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
- 1tsp lecithin
- 1 tbsp LSA mix (ground linseed, sunflower and almond)
- 1 tbsp soaked goji berries
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until it resembles a luscious fruit smoothie.
